This store is operated by Edson Jorge Lopes Rodrigues Fernandes, Rothenstrasse 9, 6015 Luzern, Switzerland ("DYVIRA", "we", "us"). By accessing or purchasing from this store, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

3. Products and descriptions

We work to describe our products accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, and dimensions and weights are approximate. Product images are illustrative.

Where a product is described as compatible with a third-party device or brand, that description refers to compatibility only. Our products are not manufactured, endorsed, or affiliated with those brands. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel and fully refund any order affected by an obvious error.

Availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, or where an obvious error has occurred.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

7. Delivery, returns and refunds

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the law applicable in your country of residence, including EU and EEA consumer protection law and Swiss consumer law.

You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to copy, scrape, or reproduce its content without our permission.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, images, layout and the DYVIRA name and logo, is our property or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This clause does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Product safety and intended use

Use products only as intended and follow any instructions supplied. Our products are not medical devices and no health or medical claims are made about them. Keep small parts away from children.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
