Where we ship

We ship worldwide, with dedicated service to Switzerland, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times

Delivery time is counted from dispatch, not from the moment you place your order. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Switzerland: 5 to 14 business days
European Union: 5 to 14 business days
United States and Canada: 5 to 14 business days
United Kingdom: 7 to 18 business days
Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days

Seasonal peaks, customs inspections and carrier delays can extend these windows.

Where your order ships from

Orders are dispatched from international fulfilment centres. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You receive tracking for each parcel.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees

Please read this section before ordering.

Import duties, taxes and customs handling fees are set by the destination country, not by us. They are not included in the price shown at checkout, and are payable by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

United States: the United States ended its $800 duty-free de minimis exemption in 2025. Import duties now apply to shipments regardless of value.
European Union: duty exemptions for low-value shipments are being phased out. Import VAT and customs charges may apply.
Switzerland: import VAT and customs charges may apply above the applicable thresholds.

The carrier will collect any amounts due before delivery. If a parcel is refused, returned, or destroyed because these charges were not paid, we can refund only the value of the goods, not the shipping.
